Wallpaper Uploading Problem by noorahmedm

i'm trying to upload the wallpaper from admin panel it's giving the error message as

Warning: move_uploaded_file(/public_html/wallpapers/2/rose.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/wallpape/public_html/pages/upload.php on line 86

Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to move '/tmp/phpJvXLOW' to '/public_html/wallpapers/2/rose.jpg' in /home/wallpape/public_html/pages/upload.php on line 86
Error 101 Set Write Premissions To: /public_html/wallpapers/2/rose.jpg

i've already changed the the folders permission's to 777.

you have to set all the sub folders to 777 permissions, not just the wallpapers/ folder

like

1/
2/
3/
4/
icons/
thumbs/
