does anyone know why Wallpaper Site Creator 1.2 is Nulled?

my buddy is telling to get him a wallpaper site but the website creator is not working. we are running a windows server.

i told him to get a linux but he said he is not used to linux

does anyone have any expirience on wallpaper site creater so i can help from you?
