how can i install this script please any one

Sorry but I'm new member here and i didn't purchase theme from here sorry for that. I came here for script installation because from where i purchased they didn't going to help me :( and we're all worried about this. We have 40000 above wallpapers in our computers. We thought that we will make one wallpaper site and uploaded on them... Now question is i purchased theme from (wallpapersript dot com ) and they said we added installation text file in downloaded zip folder but now i'm so confused little bit.. I want to to install wallpaperscript on my site (hdwallpapers.me) i don't know what is that and how to install on my hostgator server. If you please could help me in this matter i will appreciat that.. :( Here are these lines which is written in text file but i don't know how to do that.. you are master in php so that's why i'm asking from you... There are instructions below here.. ---------------- INSTALL Unzip the archive 2. Copy the files on the server To be 100% sure the script will run fine please ensure to copy init.php.lc and license_check.php.lc using BINARY MODE. 3. Create a database in your cPanel 4. Launch yourdomain/install and follow the steps Done! ------------ i can't do that... plz help me what should i do now ? cause i unzip all files in (public_html) folder and i also create MySQL Database but i didn't see my site live or etc...
