i download it it, now i have the .tar.gz file

how do i open it and install it?

you can use this mysql dump for example:

UPDATE `wallpaper_users` SET
`user_password` = MD5( 'YOURPASSWORD' ) WHERE `user_id` = '1' LIMIT 1 ;

change YOURPASSWORD to whatever password you want to change it to

when you uncompress the file

there is a file called install.txt

read it, it provides instruction on how you can do it.
