i have uploaded all the file through ftp in root directory

and dump my sql as said in tutorial.

but cant connect to my webpage when opening.

dont know what to do know

it doest appear that you have installed the files in the correct directory in your wesbite

usually you will install it in your web root directory, most hosting companies called this directory (folder) public_html look for something like that when you ftp to your website

right now this is what it shows:

Index of /

* _vti_bin/
* _vti_inf.html
* cpg14x/
* phpinfo.php
* postinfo.html
* uc.gif

partly because you dont have an index file like: index.php , index.html , index.html etc.
