Error 53 OSWallpaper Script by italians

Hi all,
first of all I want to thank this script creator.

I'm trying to install this script on my computer (in local: debian lenny), but I cannot install it. Every time I receive an error 53 message.

I've read this tutorial, but all it's not working. Every time I reach the local address (http://localhost/wallpaper) it starts asking me userid, password, etc...but when I try to continue the error come again.

How can I solve this problem?

good, im gladd you were able to solve it.

TIP: if "localhost" doesnt work, try putting the ip address of your MySQL server.

for example: "127.0.0.1"

Thanks for the answer.

i'm using same dates that I'm using to connect a PhpBB3 forum or Smf one to the database :/.

I've tried to set

$dbhost = 'localhost';

$dbhost = '';

but it's not going to work. I've tried to upload this script on server hosted by netsons.com and it's the same thing :/

EDIT: ok I think I've solved. I've installed this script on an online server and it seems to work ;)

EDIT 2: I've solved in local too :D

that error means that the script cannot connect to the mysql database that you provided in the includes/dbconn.php file

check to make sure you didn't mispelled anything..
