My script is not working,

I get teh following error-
"Internal Server Error

After 3 days I got the email, I activated, but I still get this message :

What's the problem, no way to login!

No way to register, do not get any email activation, did try with 5 different email, like gmail, me dot com , yahoo, personal...
Anyone can help ?
